Marble is a natural rock that undergoes a transformation process due to heat or pressure. Inspired by this metamorphosis, Belgotex introduces Morphic, a luxury vinyl tile that can elevate any space. With these four striking marble-inspired colours, transform your interiors into a testament of refined taste and appreciation for nature's beauty. Morphic is suitable for heavy commercial use, and its fire index is rated Bfl-s1 (EN13501). It offers dry back (stick down) installation, providing a secure and stable flooring solution. The product has a slip resistance rating of DS-R10 (DIN 51130), ensuring a safer environment for movement. The overall thickness of each Morphic tile is 2.5mm, with a residual indentation less than 0.1mm (EN 24343). It features a 0.55mm wear layer, providing additional resilience and longevity. The thermal conductivity is 0.091 W/m*K (EN 12664), contributing to the energy efficiency of the space. Morphic tiles come in a size of 1000mm x 500mm (l x w) and have an electrostatic behaviour of 0.1 kV (EN 1815). Each box contains 4sqm of flooring, equating to eight planks per box. These tiles offer dimensional stability of ±0.25% (EN 23999) and a colour fastness of m > 6 Grade (ISO 105-B02). Notably, Morphic has passed VOC testing and has earned Global GreenTag certification. It provides sound absorption of approximately 3dB (EN 10140) and is resistant to castor chair impact, provided soft non-staining wheels are used. Morphic is available in four stunning colours: Makrana, Markina, Nehodiv, and Wunsiedel. Each box contains 2.5mm heavy commercial dry back stick down LVT, measuring 1000mm x 500mm (l x w) with a 0.55 mm wear layer. It comes with a 20-year residential warranty and a 10-year commercial warranty. Installation should follow the SANS 10070 fitting code of practice.
