Fringe is the embodiment of refined texture and subtle colour, an ideal range for those seeking a distinct organic aesthetic for commercial spaces. Its versatility allows for pattern adaptation through tessellation, and it offers the option of planks or tiles for a personalised touch. In an exciting blend, we've matched Fringe with a selection of shades from our Prime range. This harmonious pairing has been made possible due to the shared distinctive loop pile texture found in both ranges. It's a charming meet-cute in the world of carpet design. The Fringe range includes a variety of styles: Bind, Border, Frill, Beaded, Bullion, Layered, Tassel, and Pom Pom. Belgotex's FRINGE tiles (50cm x 50cm & 30cm x 120cm) are crafted from Stainproof Miracle Fibre (Polypropylene), and in certain colors, a blend of Stainproof SDX (Solution Dyed Nylon) is also used. The product should be installed in accordance with the SANS 10186 fitting code of practice. The 50cm x 50cm tiles can be arranged in tessellated, ashlar, brick, or random patterns, while the 30cm x 120cm tiles can be laid in ashlar or herringbone. Belgotex suggests using carpet protector mats with castor wheels for better protection and longevity. As for the technical details, Fringe boasts a tufted multi-scroll loop pile construction and is classified for medium commercial use. The pile height varies from 2.5mm to 5mm and the total thickness is 7mm. The tiles come in standard sizes of 50cm x 50cm and 25cm x 100cm, with a total mass of 4223g/m2. Fringe also has a fire index rating of 2, and demonstrates excellent light, wet and dry rubbing, and water color fastness. The collection is VOC tested and approved, and has a low electrostatic propensity. Note: 60cm x 60cm, 1m x 50cm, 1m x 1m NexBac tiles and 25cm x 100cm NexBac plank tiles are also available on request. EcoBac is available for 50cm x 50cm and 1m x 1m tiles. These sizes and backings are not standard, and minimum production quantities apply.
